“Our Love (Like A Gipsy Strays)” – feat. Nora Augustinius “MOON ontherun” are releasing their first single, since their debut album in 2020. The new song is called “Our Love (Like A Gipsy Strays)”. For this track Noon Ontherun collaborated with the singer/balletdancer Nora Augustinius, who gives the song, in her own unique and brilliant way, a darker and more introspective approach. Nora has a hint of soul in her voice that fits this song perfectly. In this new release, one can also detect influences from Lana Del Rey and Coldplay.
February 04 -2021 The album “Traces Of Time” is out on Nobel Records.
Moon ontherun finally presents the album “Traces of Time”. A collection of 13 songs inspired by the great pop-legends in pop-music’s earlier days and also by contemporary pop music. The album is the result of a musical journey that started with composer and pianist Roger Thierry Matte’s passion for harmony-based pop music.
While trying out various singers Ingeborg Riis one day appeared in Roger’s home studio to do a test of the song “For A While”. Roger was amazed by Ingeborg’s voice and he knew, this was the voice for his songs. Initially “just” as a vocalist on the project, Ingeborg got more and more involved in the process, participating with ideas and different advise for the production. Roger states that Ingeborg had an important role and the songs would be far from how they turned out to be without her.

January 21 -2021 The single “Sun On MY Horizon” is out on Nobel Records.
“Sun On My Horizon” is a catchy and brilliant produced up-tempo song. The song, with its airy and easy-going approach, tells the story of fading feelings and how a dance of hope can help to prove that all is not lost.
The song is released along with a path-breaking video created by one of the world`s most admired 3D-amimators, PandaGunda (Rihanna etc).
Our second single “Want to tell you” is out on Nobel Records.
Want To Tell You is a passionate powerful ballad starting with Roger playing the piano and Ingeborgs sad, but yet hopeful vocals. The song reaches its emotional climax with an oriental vocal-solo by the magnificent Rola Srour at the end of the song. The lyrics express a story of regret and mournfulness for a lost opportunity, the reason for which we may never know. This is MOON ontherun in a nutshel.
Our first single “Dreams I’ve Had” is out on Nobel Records.
Dreams I’ve had is MOON ontherun’s first single. The song shows some of the hallmarks of the duo’s style: A strong melody-lined tune combined with sophisticated harmonies give us a powerful pop-song. Dreams I’ve Had is about a deep love that rises and falls between conscious imaginings and unconscious dreams.
